The Challenge

Sportitude is an online retailer offering the latest and greatest authentic performance sports gear from all leading sports brands as well as Australian and international hard-to-find specialist brands.

Sportitude started looking for a new BNPL because their existing BNPL providers would force their customers to redirect from their website during checkout to the BNPL provider website. This meant Sportitude was losing control of their customer data and customer experience. This added friction was also considered a key contributor to increasing cart abandonment.
