Study results - the data

Feeling Sexy looked at all transactions utilising any payment method, comparing a month's worth of data before implementing Limepay against the first four weeks of trade using the Limepay checkout. The data set includes thousands of transactions. Data was taken from the payment gateway and Google Analytics.

Abandonment rates:

30% improvement

For this metric, we looked at unique customers that proceeded through to finalise their transactions after viewing the checkout against those that abandoned at that point. Before implementing Limepay, 30% of customers would abandon it at this point. After implementing, these same figures showed only 21% would abandon at the same point, an improvement of 30% on previous figures.
