Accor Plus is the Asia Pacific loyalty subscription programme of Accor, the world-leading augmented hospitality group. Accor Plus were experiencing friction with their other BNPL providers, particularly around their sign up process and acceptance process.

The inbound sales team were going back and forth on multiple calls to try and close what should have been a quick and simple purchase.

The Solution

Accor Plus chose Limepay vs other traditional BNPLs as it meant they could better control their customer journey, experience and data.

The inbound sales team were also able to quickly close a sale over the phone using Limepay, which freed up more time and meant their customers weren’t clicking off to a 3rd party website and potentially not coming back.
